Terms of Service

The Service is intended for working-age adults building a virtual assistant career and is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@reneai.work if you suspect unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

Rene AI provides tools and training to help you build a virtual assistant career: a portfolio builder, certificate programs, an AI interview coach, a cover letter generator, a client-pitch calculator, a work-from-home job board, and community coaching.

Rene AI is a training and tools platform — it is not a staffing agency, recruiter, or employer, and it does not guarantee that you will be hired, land a client, or earn any particular amount of income. Outcomes depend on your own effort, skills, and market conditions. Any results, testimonials, or examples we share reflect real member experiences but are not typical or guaranteed outcomes for every user.

• New accounts get a 30-day free trial with full access to core tools — no credit card required.
• PRO and Premium are paid monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through our payment partners (PayMongo, Stripe, or HitPay) via card, GCash, Maya, or bank transfer depending on your region.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel any time from Settings — you'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion for a genuine billing error.
• Promo codes (e.g. bonus free months) apply only under the specific terms shown at the time they're offered and cannot be combined or redeemed more than once per account.
• If a subscription lapses without renewal, your account is paused — nothing is deleted, and full access resumes immediately on resubscribing.

Rene AI's affiliate program pays a commission when someone you refer subscribes to PRO or Premium, at the rate shown in your Affiliate dashboard at the time of referral. Commissions are earned only on genuine, valid referrals — not on self-referrals, fraudulent signups, or accounts created to game the program. We may withhold or reverse commissions tied to fraudulent or abusive activity, and may adjust program rates or terms going forward with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, defraud, or mislead others
• Post false, plagiarized, or misleading information in your profile, portfolio, or applications
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, plan gating, or security controls
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the Service without our written permission
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's normal operation
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any business

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload (portfolio text, resumes, photos, videos, and similar material). By publishing a portfolio through the Service, you grant us a license to host and display it publicly at the link you're given, so prospective clients and employers can view it. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use anything you upload.

Members may list and sell AI automation tools through the AI Agents Marketplace. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, functionality, and legality of what they list. We are not a party to the transaction between buyer and seller and are not responsible for the performance of any listed automation.

The Service, including its design, code, and Rene AI branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or underlying software beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.

The Service integrates with third-party providers — including payment processors, Google sign-in, and email delivery. Your use of those providers is also subject to their own terms, and we're not responsible for their acts or omissions.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular career or income outcome will result from using it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rene AI and its founders/employees won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
