Free Certification

A Free Virtual Assistant Certificate Clients Can Actually Verify

The Rene AI Academy lets you learn real VA skills at your own pace, then prove it — with a free certificate and a public verification link any client can check.

Why certification helps when you're starting out

If you've never worked as a VA before, the hardest part isn't learning the skills — it's convincing a client to take a chance on you. A certificate that a client can independently verify is one concrete signal, alongside your portfolio, that you took the time to actually train for the role.

How the Academy works

Each program is broken into self-paced modules you can work through whenever is convenient, followed by a short quiz. Pass it, and your certificate is generated automatically and emailed to you as a PDF you can download, print, or attach to a job application.

Current certificate programs

  • Intro to Virtual Assistance — the fundamentals: finding clients, VA tools, email and calendar management, proposals, and pricing.
  • Social Media Management — content creation, scheduling, analytics, community management, and client reporting.
  • AI for Virtual Assistants — using AI tools for productivity, automating repetitive tasks, and positioning yourself as an AI-savvy VA.

Built to be verified, not just claimed

Every certificate carries a unique code. A client who wants to confirm it's genuine — rather than just take your word for it — can check it directly on Rene AI's public verification page. It also shows up automatically on your Rene AI portfolio, right alongside your services and sample work.

New to VA work entirely?

Certification is one part of the path. Read our full guide on how to become a virtual assistant, then practise for the interview stage with the AI Interview Coach once you're ready to apply.

How do I earn a certificate?▾

Open the Academy, choose a program, complete all of its learning modules, and pass the final quiz. Your certificate is generated and emailed to you automatically.

Can clients verify that my certificate is real?▾

Yes. Every certificate includes a unique verification code and link. Anyone can enter that code on the Rene AI certificate verification page to confirm it’s genuine.
